‘The Batman’ is being a success at the box office. And while the darkest Bat-Man film is still playing in theaters, many are already looking forward to its premiere on HBO Max. The platform has not yet officially revealed the date, but, according to Deadline, a glitch in the application has been responsible for discovering the mystery: the tape will arrive on the platform on April 19at least in the United States.
Let’s remember that Warner Bros. has established a controversial distribution plan that indicates that its films will reach the streaming service after completing 45 days of exclusivity in theaters, so the news is not as surprising as might be expected in other cases. A clear example of this is ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’, whose digital purchase is available after three months have elapsed since its launch and it is still unknown when it can be seen on a streaming platform within a subscription.
In any case, ‘The Batman’ continues to mark the return to normality (for superheroes at least) obtaining some impressive numbers. By the end of its second week, the film directed by Matt Reeves and led by Robert Pattinson plans to accumulate around 264 million dollars in the United States, the second-highest figure for a theatrical release since 2019. Going by normal patterns and trajectory, the national total should be somewhere between 400 million and 425 million, as reported by IndieWire. In addition, in Spain it has accumulated a total of 6.5 million euros.
One of its sequences comes to light
One day after ‘No Way Home’ released the first ten minutes of his feature film, ‘The Batman’ brought out one of his action sequences in fullwhich shows Pattinson walking into the Penguin club to meet Oswald Cobbelpot for the first time.

Reeves’ version will also feature two series that will land on HBO Max and everything indicates that there will also be a sequel to the film, although it has not yet been confirmed.
