The most audacious and funny feline swordsman in history, Puss in Boots, finally returns to our lives. He will do it in ‘Puss In Boots: The Last Wish’, the late sequel to ‘Puss in Boots’ that will show how Shrek’s legendary companion will change his reckless attitude in the face of danger when he realizes that, of the 7 lives he had to spend, he only has one left, as the trailer released by Universal shows:
Your objective will be to find that Last Wish in order to recover them all and not always be on the brink of the abyss. For this new adventure through the Black Forest, Antonio Banderas once again lends his voice to this famous DreamWorks character, who will be accompanied by the trickster Kitty Patitas Suaves, played by Salma Hayek in her original version.
New characters will also appear in this installment, such as Perro (Harvey Guillen), a filthy mongrel, eternally optimistic and too talkative, who will keep the cat couple company. As villains we will have Goldilocks (Florence Pugh), from the Three Bears mob family, the ‘Great’ Jack Horner (John Mulaney) and the fearful bounty hunter (Wagner Moura).
On October 7, the film will arrive in Spanish theaters, whose cast also includes Oscar winner Olivia Colman, Ray Winstone, Samson Kayo, Anthony Mendez and Da’Vine Joy Randolph. For his part, Joel Crawford (‘The Croods: A New Era’) is directing the film and Mark Swift is producing. Executive producing is Chris Meledandri, CEO of Illumination.
