On the way to its internationalization plan, as well as its objective of improving the connection with the technology industry and its clients, the ENCAMINA consulting firm has presented a new headquarters in Dublin.
This new delegation joins those of Madrid, Valencia and Tenerife. It was initially created with a team made up of a manager, a member of the company’s Management Committee and an Account Manager from the sales team.
“We have worked from Spain with the farthest place on the planet, and we have managed to make the client satisfied. Dublin is the ICT business center of Western Europe and an ideal place to connect with Europe, the UK and the USA”, explains Hugo de Juan, CEO of ENCAMINA, opening his office in the Irish capital.
ON THE ROAD
ENCAMINA has more than a hundred employees and a €6.5M business in 2021. In terms of forecasts, it hopes to raise the figure to 9 million this year, and with regard to billing, it is expected that in five years, 40 % come from businesses outside of Spain.
In addition, it is specialized in digital transformation, migration to the Azure cloud, hybrid environments, security, low code and its own digital products that drive productivity and the digital transformation of companies through Fun Engagement and gamification.

For the Valencian company, the real challenge of internationalization lies in “conquering the digital world through Marketplaces, SaaS applications and digital marketing in which to offer our own products and digital applications”, comments De Juan.
In fact, the firm is already selling products “that promote talent, productivity and collaboration” in the main Marketplaces, including the Microsoft store, with an average of 185 downloads per day in the last year.
The other part of the internationalization plan includes an increasingly diverse workforce. It currently has a team from more than 12 nationalities, “all closely united by the common culture, which we call Piensa en Colores,” says De Juan.
