Deep View is a luxury submarine that immerses passengers in a panoramic view from a depth of 100 meters.
Triton has announced the production of a tourist submarine with a capacity of 24 passengers, which can be considered the most luxurious device for deep sea exploration. The “Deep View” submarine has the ability to penetrate to a depth of one hundred meters and illuminates the surrounding space by relying on ten powerful 20,000 lumen LED lamps.
The most interesting feature of Deep View is the presence of 360-degree windows around it, which allow you to see the surrounding space. These windows are made to withstand high water pressure at this depth with a thickness of 14 cm. “Bruce Jones, the CEO of Triton, says about the production of this submarine:
“Deep View is a significant development in the civilian submarine industry. Its stunning panoramic view immerses the viewer in an immersive experience. “Even though people go under the sea to achieve such an experience, other models fail to provide it.”
Deep View has a modular structure and each of its sections can carry up to 6 passengers. This structure allows the submarine owner to increase its capacity to 66.
The 24-person version of this device is 15.2 meters long and weighs 55 tons, and its maximum speed reaches 5.6 kilometers per hour. The submarine battery also has the ability to supply power for 14 hours on a single charge.
Of course, achieving these features is not cheap. The 24-seater submarine is priced at $ 7.7 million and will be delivered to buyers in 18 months. Jones identifies Deep View’s main customers not the wealthy but those who plan to take exciting underwater tours.
