To address this issue, IBM together with Flexer and IBM Turbonomic Application Resource Management (ARM) have announced new solutions to help organizations streamline IT asset management using automation.

The combination of ARM Turbonomic with Flexera One software license data, usage data and insights is designed to help companies mitigate the risk of software non-compliance penalties to minimize surprise bills.
The integrated solution also helps identify areas of under-utilization so companies can find ways to balance overall costs and help ensure their resources are being optimized for performance.
Flexera One with IBM Observability
In addition to the new integration with Turbonomic ARM, IBM has also launched Flexera One with IBM Observability, which offers a comprehensive solution for monitoring and visualizing all your software, applications and infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
Additionally, IBM software customers can now use the IT Asset Management component of Flexera One with IBM Observability or Flexera One by Flexera as a certified option to manage their IBM software licenses alongside other vendors with a single solution.
Availability
Flexera One with IBM Observability will be available as a SaaS solution on March 18, 2022.
