ForceManager, the CRM for the SME segment, has just announced the integration with Microsoft Teams, for its development they have worked directly with Microsoft headquarters. As Jimena Moreno de Alborán, Modern Work and Security Product Marketing Manager, explains, this is how it is possible to “integrate business processes through a single platform that offers everything necessary for hybrid sales”.
Currently, ForceManager has DAU (Daily User Adoption) figures of 80%, precisely because of its emphasis on accessibility and ease of use for ordinary salespeople. Thanks to the integration in Microsoft Teams, it takes a further step towards the future of the B2B sales market, since, according to a Gartner study, in 2025 80% of interactions will be carried out through digital channels and McKinsey affirms that B2B sellers already prefer to work at 50% both in person and by video call. For this reason, Microsoft Teams this year has exceeded 270 million active users, becoming the internal online communication tool par excellence.
With this union, ForceManager users will now be able to access through Microsoft Teams a personal and intelligent control panel that will give them immediate access, at a glance on their mobile or computer screen, to resources such as their agenda, commercial activity , previously marked objectives and tasks, appointments with clients, events or most used resources. In addition, video calls with clients will be automatically reported in ForceManager.

Oscar Macia, Founder & CEO of ForceManager explains that “the main impulse behind the integration has been to bring together the 70% or 80% of the functionalities that our clients use the most and incorporate them within Teams so that they can work in a much more efficient way. fluid”.
The integration will allow ForceManager users to consult (and even share with colleagues) all relevant data regarding the company’s customers through Teams, either through chats or video conferences. In this way, fluidity and agility are gained in communication within the commercial teams, thus fulfilling what is considered one of the main keys to the digitalization process of companies, “it does not consist in adding more and more tools, but in simplifying workflows and making them accessible to everyone, not just the big gurus,” says Macia.
Also, it should be noted that it is a reciprocal relationship. In other words, Microsoft Teams will also be integrated into the ForceManager solutions, allowing much more organic access to chats, relevant information, calls, notes, boards, plans, appointments, meetings and, of course, video calls.
ForceManager integration with Microsoft Teams is available in both the web and mobile versions of the CRM solution. Your users just need to add it as an app in Teams, enter their credentials, to have immediate access to both the smart dashboard and all their sales data.
Thus, in the words of Moreno de Alborán, “by not having to leave that main hub that is your platform, the minutes it would take to change applications are reduced and you become more productive.”
