- Slack for Marketing. We help brands stay ahead of mission-critical alerts by tracking activity and performance across the Marketing and Commerce Cloud from a digital command center in Slack. This helps avoid adverse business impacts, such as lost revenue or increased cancellations, by identifying inconsistencies before they have a critical impact on a campaign.
- Real Time Triggered Campaign Messages, a feature that enables marketers to offer customers a personalized, 1:1 engagement based on the new product catalog and behavioral triggers. Businesses can now use trusted, first-hand data to understand customers’ preferred products and engage them in real time if they’re back in stock, expiring soon, on sale or recently released.
