For Samsung, the 49-inch curved display was not enough to cover all the content. That’s why at CES 2022, the company introduced a new 55-inch curved monitor called the Odyssey Ark, which is the company’s largest curved monitor. This device also comes with a special stand that allows you to place the monitor vertically or horizontally.
The Samsung Odyssey Ark monitor is scheduled to enter the US market in the second half of 2022. However, no information is currently available on the release date or price of this device. This panel apparently uses quantum dot colors and Mini LED backlight. However, it is not clear whether this product is made for gaming or content production. Of course, Samsung says their display can be useful for both applications.
The Odyssey Ark 55-inch monitor with 16: 9 aspect ratio and 4K resolution is one of the most advanced monitors on the market. The base of this monitor allows the user to easily change the position of the device from horizontal to vertical so that it can make better use of space as needed.
Multiple display capabilities allow you to fine-tune the Odyssey Ark to your liking without compromising on 4K image quality, brightness or screen colors. The device also has buttons for brightness control and user interface, and can be adjusted wirelessly.
Samsung’s new monitor with a standard 16: 9 aspect ratio can display games and movies better and not have much wasted space around them.
