VASS has announced the acquisition agreement of Intelygenz, Spanish company that is a benchmark in Artificial Intelligence technologies and specialized in automation solutions and services. The acquisition will be confirmed after the corresponding regulatory approval.
Thanks to this agreement, VASS and Intelygenz They will offer a key boost in the adoption of strategic technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the acceleration of the innovation processes of their clients at a global level.
Founded in 2002 and with offices in Madrid and San Francisco, this Spanish company has a team of more than 170 highly specialized professionals and experts in high tech. Intelygenz has developed transformation projects based on AI with the main leaders of sectors such as banking, retail, telco and energy, among others, in more than three continents and multiple countries such as the United States, UK and Spain.
