The EcoVadis platinum rating has been awarded to Canadian multinational CGI for its sustainability performance. In this way, it becomes part of the 1% of companies with this distinction.
This recognition shows the progress of the company, since in the previous four years it received the Gold rating, which only 5% of companies have.
“CGI is proud to achieve the highest rating from EcoVadis in recognition of our disciplined and proven approach to integrating sustainability into our business practices around the world,” said George D. Schindler, president and CEO of CGI.

CGI is committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030 and has set a series of measurable goals related to diversity, equity, inclusion and community impact.
CGI achieves the EcoVadis platinum rating and is already part of the 1% of companies with this distinction that recognizes the sustainability of its business practices
CGI’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) reports are aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and with other requirements such as those of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the United Nations Global Compact.
