Sustainability has become one of the main pillars for the vast majority of companies, which is why BBVA is applying it as a strategic priority in all the bank’s areas of action, including the management and improvement of work centers.
On top of this, the entity has implemented Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud, a Cloud development for the comprehensive management of environmental data, in order to optimize the processes for measuring its carbon footprint and will eliminate manual procedures.
For its part, NTT DATA has been in charge of integrating the solution with BBVA systems, as well as developing calculation processes and implementing the reporting and dashboard system.

With Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud, BBVA will standardize the processes for calculating emissions in the countries where it has a presence, facilitating the monitoring of the objectives set by the entity.
In the same way, this solution will analyze the information through reports and dashboards to meet the different levels of ‘reporting’ of the organization. All this with a reliable source of information on which the bank will develop its carbon footprint reduction strategy.
