Future Workplace A3, this is the name of the new series of Sharp multifunctionals, equipped with native connectivity to Microsoft Teams and composed of 15 color printing equipment, to help companies adapt to the needs of hybrid work.
The series is also compatible with the company’s Synappx Go app, which enables remote contactless printing from smartphones and other mobile devices via Wi-Fi connection and without the need to set up a wireless LAN network.
“We understand that hybrid work demands greater connectivity. For this reason, we have focused on offering all these points in our new range of multifunction equipment, with the commitment to extend them to our complete ecosystem of solutions and services”, explains Juan Marco, commercial director of Sharp Spain.
Greater security
The company has reinforced the security section with state-of-the-art features. Specifically, BIOS-based security instantly prevents the device from booting if errors are found, while pre-installed root certificates prevent unauthorized use.

In addition, the new series includes BitDefender antimalware support, making it easier for IT managers to protect corporate data, devices and networks.

Future Workplace A3 offers print speeds from 26 to 65 pages per minute, as well as a customizable 10.1” LCD touchscreen control panel and intuitive user interface.
As for its maintenance, it is smart by allowing remote monitoring and management and thanks to the availability of a portal that provides software updates and the latest cloud connection applications.
In addition, the new series is 27% more energy efficient than the previous generation, which significantly contributes to reducing its environmental footprint.
