One of the main concerns for companies is the threat of ransomware. This is revealed in the Veeam Ransomware Trends Report 2022 report, which states that 72% of organizations around the world suffered partial or complete attacks on their backup repositories.
And it is that, of the companies that paid the ransom, 52% were able to recover the data, but 24% still could not, which reveals that there is a one in three chance that the ransom payment will still not allow obtaining of data.
The company also presented during the event at the Wanda Metropolitano, its main and most recent milestones for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, along with the main innovations shown during VeeamON 2022.

- Veeam has achieved a record FY21, reporting 27% ARR YoY growth, with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 business growing faster than expected at 73% YoY and Veeam Availability Suite growing over 36% YoY.
