Why buy if you can rent? Why rent if you can pay for service? Under pressure to deliver solutions with unprecedented speed, organizations must be able to quickly deploy new services, and IT agility is a key factor in getting those answers right away.
On this, Fujitsu is working on uSCALE, a service model based on the use and consumption of technological resources on a ‘pay per use’ basis, to reduce costs, improve the execution of projects and make proposals to customers more flexible.
“uSCALE is one of Fujitsu’s models based on consumption and need, it is clearly the answer that companies need, turning a traditional and currently more unpredictable model into a predictable reality, both in terms of infrastructure and cost”, explains Sergio Reiter, DDS sales director and business manager of the uSCALE project.
uSCALE, pay per use
uSCALE is one of the company’s ways of adapting to the real world because it ensures the operation of all on-premise applications. And it is that, the solution offers many advantages, among them:
- a minimum commitment that can reach 50% of the contracted infrastructure
- co-creation since the model is adaptable to the global solution since the measurement variables are personalized
